Une vraie pépite halal à Barbès ! J’ai découvert Kapitain Fry un peu par hasard, car leur devanture n’est pas encore changée, donc on pourrait passer devant sans le remarquer... mais quelle belle surprise une fois à l’intérieur ! Tout est certifié AVS, ce qui est rassurant, et le concept est original : on mange avec des gants noirs comme aux US, c’est propre et pratique. Côté food, j’ai testé plusieurs plats : Le riz crousty tandoori, inspiré du célèbre Halal Guys – et franchement, pour avoir testé celui de Londres, c’est très réaliste et super bon. Les wings garlic parmesan sont ultra savoureuses et fondantes. Les wings sauce coréenne sont sucrées-salées avec juste ce qu’il faut de caractère. Et les frites cheddar jalapeños… un vrai kiff, croustillantes et fondantes à la fois. En bonus : des desserts trompe-l’œil hyper bien réalisés visuellement et très bons. Franchement, une belle découverte halal dans le quartier. J’y retournerai sans hésiter et je recommande à tous les amateurs de street food bien faite !

I recently visited this fast food restaurant and had the pleasure of trying their Rice Tandoori. It was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, and the rice was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice. What made the experience even more special was that the owner, Shakeel, personally made it for me. It’s clear that he takes pride in his cooking, and his attention to detail really shines through in the dish. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area!

Une superbe expérience dans ce restaurant ! J’y ai très bien mangé, tout était vraiment délicieux. Le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute et d’une grande patience. En plus, le cadre est agréable et confortable : il fait chaud, et des chauffages sont même à disposition si besoin. Tout est parfait, je recommande vivement ! Merci pour ce bon moment
